This proposal is for 200 new homes and other facilities on land at the top of Ladygrove.
SODC originally rejected the plans but have now decided NOT to defend their decision at the Public Inquiry.
This appeal will be heard at a public inquiry. It will be held at The Great Hall, Chosley, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 9GW on 13 October 2026 at 10:00am, and will last for 2 days. ( This is the former Fairmile hospital site )
The Parish Council will be represented at the appeal and Residents are also able to attend the appeal hearing and may be allowed to speak at the discretion of the Inspector.
